I know Shri yog and adhyatma guru Pradip Pandey for a long time. He keeps a good knowledge of yoga as well as accupressure, sujog and prakritik chikitsa. His personality is simple and social. Also holds good on many diseases like waist/back pain, knee problems, neck ache, diebetes, heart problems, hypertention, obesity, insomia, arthritis etc. I introduced many patients and my friends to him and everyone appreciates him. Bhartiya Yog Mahasangh(Trust) is a best place to learn yoga, i have learned lot of discipline from our guruji Shri Pradip Pandey ji, he is such a good humain being and soft form heart. I have taken several of Guruji's classes because he is wonderful. He is knowledgable and focused. He makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. His classes are refreshing and renewing to the mind and body.
Guruji is open and friendly and has a light-hearted feel to his classes. He is not the practice at the front of the room and everyone else should follow teacher he is the teacher who explains very specifically, what the class is to do and demos only as needed (e.g. for newer students or complicated poses). He is all over the room doing hands-on adjustments. Sequencing is clearly planned for best practice, and students are often challenged (but never forced) to try new or more complicated poses. Spiritually founded classes that are not too heavy on the spiritual stuff but remind the student.
